International Online Community seeks an Onsite Marketing Manager (f/m).

Our client pursues a very successful international Online-Community and leads worldwide in its area. Just over 200  employees and approximately 500 freelancers of 24 different nationalities work on the continuous development.

The Position

As a member in the Onsite Marketing Team, you present the company’s great products, contents and services to cater  to the needs and desires of its customers. Your work helps customers to be enthused, motivated, and guided. You collaborate daily with colleagues who create both the product and the channels to create a great user experience that drives a great performance.

Your Tasks:

• Create, analyse and optimise conversion funnels

• Plan, run and refine on-site marketing campaigns

• Monitor the traffic-flow and usage of the company’s sites

• Support Product Managers, Onsite Marketing Copywriters and Online Campaign Managers with your expertise

• Create wireframes, click-dummies and mock-ups for critical parts of the company’s websites, such as conversion funnels, product pages and the navigation

• Carry out research & interviews with stakeholders to ensure they understand the company`s product, promotions and goals.

• Collaborate with the Localisation Managers to roll out your content to multiple pages.

 

Organisational Assignment

The Position Onsite Marketing Manager (f/m) will be new created and reports directly to the Product Management Team Lead.

The Position is located in Gibraltar.
