International Online Community seeks an Onsite Marketing Manager Campaigns & Analytics (f/m).

Our client pursues a very successful international Online-Community and leads worldwide in its area. 280 employees and approximately 500 freelancers of 24 different nationalities work on the continuous development in the company’s head office in Gibraltar.

The Position

As a member in the Onsite Marketing Team, you bring the company’s great products, contents and services together with the needs and desires of their customers. Your work helps customer to be enthused, motivated, and guided. Daily, you collaborate with those who create both the product and the channels to create a great user experience that drives a great performance.

• … can make a customer understand why he should sign up and stick around.

• … would love to target every customer individually but know how to simplify.

• … know that on-site marketing is not only placing ads, but also reading and optimising the site’s traffic.

• … understand the language of conversion paths and product-/landing pages.

• … master balancing out the needs of your audience, partners and the company.

• … know that the performance of a campaign and placement can be measured and judged qualitatively.

Your Tasks

• Create, analyse and optimise conversion funnels.

• Plan, run and refine on-site marketing campaigns.

• Monitor the traffic-flow and usage of the company’s sites.

• Support the company’s Product Managers, Onsite Marketing Texters and Online Campaign Managers with your expertise.

• Create wireframes, click-dummies and mock-ups for critical parts of the company’s websites, such as conversion funnels, product pages and the navigation.

• Research & interview stakeholders to understand our client’s product, promotions and goals.

• Collaborate with the Localisation Managers to roll out your content to multiple pages.

Organisational Assignment

The Position Onsite Marketing Manager Campaigns & Analytics (f/m) will be new created and reports directly to the CPO.

The Position is located in Gibraltar.
